The Ferme d'ORée tries to maintain a reputation of impeccable quality and service. However, sometimes we do make mistakes. Please contact us via admin@fermedoree.com if you think that this is the case.

If we made a mistake, we will gladly replace or reimburse the item, as long as we were made aware of the mistake within 24h of the delivery. In most cases, we require that the original product be returned.

Please note that vacuum sealed packages need to be handled with care or they may open prematurely. We ensure that packages are sealed when we prepare the orders.

If you ordered an item that is out of stock, we will reimburse via interac transfer using the e-mail address on the order.

Price is per package and the weight indicated on the website is an average weight. This means that consumers receive a package that can weigh more or less than what is indicated on the website. No reimbursement will be given for packages that weigh less than indicated, no will there be an extra payment required when the package weighs more.

We commit to a periodical review of package weights and we try to standardize them as much as possible.

Once we have prepared an order, a cancellation fee of $20 applies. This fee does not apply when orders are postponed to another delivery location or delivery date.A fee of 50$ will applies for failure to show up at the delivery point without notification before noon on the same day as the delivery.

Home deliveries have to be paid two days prior to the delivery via interac transfer. If you are not home, the delivery person will leave the order at your doorstep. The risk is entirely yours and no reimbursement will be effectuated for such orders.
